Elherzawy co. has a total processing capacity of 50000 tons of IQF frozen vegetables and fruits. The production process is performed with machines by internationally recognized manufacturers.

The cold store has a storage capacity of 35000 tons. Cold store has 30 rooms with dual operating mode. The entire production process is automated and starts with the lines for raw material reception, washing, sorting, calibration and freezing.
