Elherzawy frozen artichoke

Artichoke is produced in the Egyptian method, in which the colour of the artichoke is white. Artichoke is categorised into 3 sizes:

• Small (A): diameter is between 4 - 5cm

• Medium (B): diameter is between 5 - 7cm

• Large (C): diameter is between 7 - 9cm

Storage

• Deep-freeze compartment or freezer at -18c for not more than 18 months

• Free from any preservatives or chemical substances
