Okra is divided into four grades according to size:

• Extra: till 1.5cm

• Zero: 1.5 - 3cm

• A/Excellent: 3 - 4.5cm

• Green Okra: more than 4.5cm

• bulk 10kg, 25 kg

Storage

• Deep-freeze compartment or freezer at -18c for not more than 18 months

• Free from any preservatives or chemical substances
