Only leaves are used in processing spinach which adds to its tastefulness, smell and condensation rate. Manufacturing is carried out in the following two methods:

• Minced leaves

• Cutting leaves

• bulk 10kg, 25 kg

Storage

• Deep-freeze compartment or freezer at -18c for not more than 18 months

• Free from any preservatives or chemical substances
